This report has been prepared by NSW Health Infrastructure in accordance with the Working with Government Guidelines for Privately Financed Projects, December 2006 and the Premier’s Memorandum No. 2007-01 Public Disclosure of Information Arising from NSW Government Tenders and Contracts. It provides a high level summary of key features of the Project Deed and related documents dated 23 October 2008 which have been entered into for the delivery of the Royal North Shore Hospital and Community Health Services Project (the Project).

Financial close occurred on 28 October 2008.
