PPP Laws/Concessions Laws - Nepal

Several laws govern the establishment of PPPs in Nepal. The Public Private Partnership and Investment Act 2019 (the “PPPI Act”), aims to create a more unified enabling environment for PPPs. 

Public Private Partnership Regulation was introduced in 2020 for the procedural implementation of the PPPI Act.
