The Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act (Chapter 22:23) (the Public Procurement Act) came into effect on 1 January 2018. The Act repealed the Procurement Act (Chapter 22:14).
In 2020, Zimbabwe enacted the Investment Development Agency Act (Chapter 14:37) (ZIDA Act).
The ZIDA Act repealed the Joint Ventures Act (Chapter 22:22).
