This report focuses on the January-September 1999 activities and results for the BechtellUSAID "Technical Assistance Program for the Energy Regulatory Authority (ERA)" of Poland.
This Project was initiated in October 1998 to continue and expand upon earlier USAID-funded work undertaken since 1993. USAID technical assistance programs have been a principal component of the Energy Sector Restructuring, Privatization and Regulatory Program started by the Government of Poland (GOP) in 1991.
