New South Wales Asset Divestments and Projects

This Schedule outlines New South Wales’ asset divestments and infrastructure investments under Australia’s National Partnership on Asset Recycling. It aims to unlock funds from state-owned assets to finance productivity-enhancing infrastructure.

The Schedule becomes effective upon agreement between the Commonwealth and NSW Treasurers and remains in force until the National Partnership concludes. Asset sale proceeds may be reinvested in additional projects, including the Regional Road Freight Corridor, contingent on agreed variations. Variations must be jointly approved and comply with the Partnership’s conditions.

Inclusion of the Freight Corridor program does not entitle NSW to extra Commonwealth funding unless explicitly approved.
