The National PPP Guidelines provide a framework that enables both the public and private sectors to work together to improve public service delivery through private sector provision of infrastructure and related non-core services. The The Public Sector Comparator Guidance is one of the detailed guidance documents that form part of the Guidelines. It provides guidance to government departments and agencies across jurisdictions on the process for, and issues associated with, the development of the PSC.
