Guidebook on Public–Private Partnership in Hospital Management

This guidebook seeks to help government and public sector organizations to develop public-private partnership (PPP) projects or enterprise in hospital management. The lessons have been derived from the experience of a technical assistance team in Sarangani and Camarines Norte, Philippines, in the development of PPPs in hospital management in the preparatory stage. While this resource is primarily grounded in a Philippine context, readers from both the public and private sectors outside the Philippines will find the insights useful and applicable in their own circumstances.
