This report presents a review of current practice on the disclosure of information on PPP projects and contracts from 11 jurisdictions at the national and sub-national level representing 8 countries. The report is an examination of disclosure frameworks, including applicable legislation, government policies, rules, regulations and guidelines, as well as actual practice in transacted contracts, in eleven selected jurisdictions (New South Wales and Victoria in Australia; Bahia, Brazil and Minas Gerais in Brazil; British Columbia in Canada; Chile; India; Peru; South Africa; and the United Kingdom)
