The guidance note looks at these impacts as well as the implications for contractual arrangements. The paper considers

  • how COVID-19 has impacted PPP projects generally (including projects already under procurement),
  • the contractual implications of COVID-19,
  • how relief can be provided outside of the contractual provisions, and
  • broader government considerations in managing the impact of COVID-19 on PPP projects moving forward.

The appendix include a number of case studies regarding:
