Bangladesh: Policy Guidelines for Small Power Plant in Private Sector

Prepared by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh.
 

This instrument lays out the Government of Bangladesh policy in allowing private sector investors toestablish Small Power Plants (SPP) on a fast track basis for generation of electricity. The SPPs will be developed on a Build-Own-Operate basis.
