W ciągu 10 ostatnich lat, od początku 2009 r. do 31 marca 2019 r. wszczęto łącznie 551 postępowań PPP1 . Spośród wszystkich zawartych umów 134 umowy weszły w fazę realizacji – są to umowy określane w raporcie mianem umów PPP. W I kwartale 2019 r. podpisano dwie umowy o wartości 53 mln zł. W tym okresie wszczęto cztery postępowania o łącznej wartości ok. 40 mln zł – dwa w sektorze energetycznym, po jednym w sektorach efektywności energetycznej oraz edukacji.
