The selection of specific monetization models namely, direct contractual agreements (DCA), divestment, infrastructure asset-based securitization (IABS) and infrastructure investment trusts (InvITs) will depend on a number of factors; such as ownership retention, operational efficiencies, revenue risk transfer and target investor type.
