Clean Technology PPPs

Clean Tech

The threat of climate change has added a new dimension to the selection, location, design and implementation of public-private partnership (PPP) projects in various sectors, including power, transportation, as well as water and sanitation. Private investment in clean technologies, in particular technologies that use renewable energy sources for energy production or increase energy-efficiency as well as carbon capture and storage technologies can help promote economic growth sustainably.

This section of the PPPIRC website focuses on sample materials related to PPP projects that address the threat of climate change by incorporating features aimed at the mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions and adaptations to climate change impacts. Navigate the following subsections for more information and sample laws and agreements.
